Our aim when training you is to help you reach your personal training goals on time and in a way that is fun yet educational. We are 100% confident that we can provide the fitness plan and personal training motivation that you need. That's why we offer a free taster session, so you can experience the benefits of an expert personal trainer for yourself!
Your FREE initial consultation will allow us to gain an understanding of your previous or current exercise experiences and also to give us an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your body in order for us to prescribe a suitable and well balanced fitness plan that will deliver results. During the initial consultation you will be physically assessed on tests such as:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Sub-Maximal Cardiovascular Analysis (Heart and Lung Fitness)
- Blood Pressure Analysis
- Muscular Strength and Endurance
- Body Weight
- Postural Analysis
- Body Fat Composition
- Flexibility (Range of movement around joints)
Once the information is gathered we will sit down together and develop your short, medium and long term goals. All this information will be re-tested every 4-6 weeks to ensure progression and maintain motivation. All health screening questionnaires and assessment results will be treated with complete confidentiality.
Free Personal Training Fitness Session
At Bespoke Fitness we believe in getting you active from the word go and as part of your initial consultation you will also receive a 30 minute taster session to give you the chance to see how personal training will work for you. The 30 minute taster session will incorporate exercises that are specific to your agreed goals.
